3 Bedroom House in Scottsboro

When you enter the home you find yourself in between the well appointed kitchen and the dining area. Your kitchen is well stocked with everything you'll need to make memorable vacation meals with family or friends. It's just like walking into your own kitchen!
Across from the kitchen is the dining area with plenty of seating at the table.
Beyond the kitchen/dining area you'll find a very large Great Room with beautiful views of Lake Guntersville. You have a very large leather sectional couch plus two very comfy oversized chairs. The Smart TV is powered by Spectrum and includes many channels including a super sports package. Your very fast WIFI is also powered by Spectrum.
As you walk down the hallway you'll find the Primary bedroom with en-suite full bath at the end to the left. There's a King sized bed and a twin bed in the Primary bedroom. Your Primary bathroom has double sinks.
At the end of the hallway is your laundry area and on the opposite wall from the Primary bedroom is the second full bathroom, also with double sinks.
Walking back up the hallway toward the Great Room you'll find the second bedroom to the right with 2 Queen beds and the third bedroom to the left with one Queen bed.
The back door leads from the Great Room onto your screened porch. It's a great place to spend some time relaxing and looking at the lake. Beyond the screened porch is a very large deck where you can also enjoy views of the lake.
Down by the lake is your very large dock. There's plenty of places to tie up a boat. (there's no guest access to the inside of the boat house). You'll launch your boat at the Mink Creek boat ramp which is less than 1/2 mile from the house then drive through the access under the road to your boat dock.
There's plenty of parking on the concrete or gravel areas of the driveway for vehicles and boats.

Summary: Had a great time. Location is excellent. We had 6 adults, 3 trucks, 3 trailers and 3 boats. Plenty parking and room for all. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This was a great /convenient place to stay especially for fishing. Easy access to the dock. We were able to park 2 trucks and trailers with no problem.

Summary: This home was very clean! We appreciated, particularly, the kitchen supplies for cooking and baking. Communication with the host was excellent.

Summary: Enjoyed the set up of the house, however we had to do some cleaning in the kitchen and dining room. The light fixtures in those rooms was gritty and greasy with dead nat like bugs stuck to them. There are cobwebs throughout the house. We couldn't use the fireplace because you can smell the gas when it's on. The dryer does not work properly. The wooden bedframe in the middle bedroom, creaks every time you move. I thought I was going to keep waking up my roommate. There's a daddy long legs living in the first bathroom. We did enjoy our stay but I felt you should be aware.

Summary: Very clean and nice home. Made my fishing trip a blast. Took me a couple days to figure out the bass bite but Lake Guntersville did not disappoint.

Summary: My family and I stayed here for the 4th. It was exactly what we needed. The house was exactly as pictured, and so clean. We had so much fun and loved waking up to being right on the lake every morning. The hosts were absolutely incredible. If we needed something they were in contact with us within a few hours. We ended up having car trouble and needed to quickly stay an extra night, and within no time everything was taken care of. They helped keep some calm in a very stressful situation. We would absolutely stay here again!

Summary: We had the most relaxing vacation. The guys enjoyed kayaking and fishing while the ladies enjoyed relaxing and area shopping. The house had plenty of room for our family of 6 plus a baby. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and plenty of seating at the table. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of towels. Great place & somewhere we would visit again.
